يُعدّ المسار الهندسي ضمن برنامجنا لتطوير المواهب رحلة تطويرية بدوام كامل لمدة 18 شهرًا، مصممة خصيصًا لرعاية قادة المستقبل في مجال الهندسة. خلال هذه الفترة، سيتنقل المشاركون بين عدة أقسام رئيسية، تشمل عمليات الموقع، ومراقبة الجودة، والعقود، والتخطيط، ومراقبة التكاليف، والمناقصات، وغيرها من الوظائف الحيوية، ليكتسبوا فهمًا شاملًا لأعمالنا.
تتيح هذه التجربة التفاعلية للمهندسين فرصة المشاركة في مشاريع واقعية، وتلقي تدريب تقني ومهني عالي المستوى، وبناء مجموعة مهارات متعددة التخصصات. ومن خلال استكشاف دورة حياة عمليات البناء والهندسة بالكامل، سيكتسب المشاركون المعرفة والثقة اللازمتين لإحداث تأثير دائم داخل المؤسسة وتسريع نموهم المهني.

Job Description
The Engineering Track of our Talent Program is an 18-month, full-time development journey crafted to nurture future leaders in the engineering field. During this period, participants will rotate across several key departments—including Site Operations, Quality Control, Contracts, Planning, Cost Control, Tendering, and other critical functions—gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business.
This immersive experience allows engineers to engage with real-world projects, receive high-caliber technical and professional training, and build a versatile skill set across disciplines. By exploring the full lifecycle of construction and engineering operations, participants will develop the insight and confidence needed to make a lasting impact within the organization and accelerate their career growth.
Qualifications
1- Strong interest in building a career within the construction and engineering industry, with a high willingness to learn and rotate across multiple departments and site locations.
2- Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, and basic project documentation.
