I worked in this plant as a production engineer , i use my skills and my chemical back ground to maintain the parameters of process as standard to optimize the production as required and reduce losses. There were alot of troubleshooting and problems must treat with it quitly and efficiently to avoid sudden trips or any risk with people or the equipments such as blowers , sulphur guns , compressors, Burners, steam drum , heat exchangers or absorption towers. The main chemical pillar in this industry the chemical exo-thermal reaction which makes the flow reaches to final of process with required temperature and pressure. It's along journey in this plant to get changes on the raw material of solid sulpher to be a sulphuric acid ,more processes and more parameters .Must operate under the consideration of safety procedures. It's an important industry .

In this plant 'there is two products with two different processes and parameters. Plasticizers and solevents industry is considered one of the most required and professional industry because of being profitable industry and more complex for several parameters such as color ,density, mass,acid number, acidity ,water content ,...etc This industry depends on esterfication reaction and remove water by the time by using chemical back ground about boilling, evaporizing point after that passing by the process equipment such as distillation towers, reactors ,vacuum pump,filters ,...etc to lead the final product with required specifications This production lines follow up is very important and it starts with reciving raw materials and ends by unloading the product from our storage tanks.
